1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of fntsycino.com, including the website, applications, contests, leagues, subscriptions and offers (together, the “Services”). By registering an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our GDPR, CCPA & Cookies Policy, our Responsible Gaming policy and any specific contest or offer rules. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
- You must reside in, and be physically located in, a jurisdiction where participation in our contests is lawful. We use location checks and may restrict access from certain regions.
- You must not be an employee of fntsycino.com or a member of an employee’s household, an athlete, coach, official or team staff member in a sport offered in the relevant contest, or any person with access to non-public information that could influence contest outcomes.
- You must not be self-excluded with us or with an applicable national self-exclusion register.
We may request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.
3. One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable, and must be registered in your real name with accurate details. You must not open accounts for others, use another person’s account or allow anyone else to use yours. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-step verification.
Where we detect duplicate or linked accounts, we may close all but one, void entries and offers obtained through the duplicates and retain any winnings derived from the breach in line with applicable law.
4. Identity and Age Verification
Before entering contests, making deposits, claiming offers or withdrawing funds, you must complete identity and age verification as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend features until verification is complete. If we cannot verify your identity or age, or determine that you are under 18, your account will be closed.
5. Contest Rules
- Each contest displays its format, sport, roster requirements, scoring system, entry fee if any, maximum entries, prize structure if any and lock time before you enter. These details form part of these Terms.
- Lineups lock at the published time. In contests with late swap, individual players lock when their match begins.
- Contests that do not reach a stated minimum number of entries may be cancelled, with entry fees refunded in full.
- Draft order in snake drafts is randomised by the platform unless the commissioner of a private league sets it manually.
- Private league commissioners may customise settings within the options provided. fntsycino.com is not responsible for disputes between members of private leagues, though we may intervene where these Terms are breached.
- We may cancel a contest due to technical failure, data errors affecting fairness or circumstances beyond our control, in which case entry fees are refunded.
6. Scoring and Settlement
Fantasy points are calculated from official statistics supplied by our licensed data partners using the scoring system shown for each contest. Live scores are provisional.
- Stat corrections: corrections received before official settlement are applied. Settlement for daily contests takes place once all matches are final and the correction window, normally at least one hour after the final match ends, has passed. Season-long matchups settle the morning after the scoring period ends (CET/CEST). After settlement, results are final and later corrections are not applied.
- Postponed or cancelled matches: players in a match postponed beyond the scoring period score zero for that period.
- Abandoned matches: statistics recorded until abandonment count, provided they are confirmed by the official data provider.
- Ties: where contest results are tied, any prizes for the tied positions are combined and divided equally; season-long leagues use the published tiebreakers, such as total points scored.
- Errors: if an obvious technical or data error affects results, we may resettle the contest, and will explain any resettlement to affected members.
7. Fees, Payments and Subscriptions
Entry fees, subscription prices and pack prices are shown in euro before you confirm. Payments are processed by regulated payment providers. Deposit and spending limits you set always apply. Subscriptions renew as stated in the relevant offer until cancelled. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, which is lost once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent. Any taxes on prizes are your responsibility unless the law requires us to withhold them.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Create or use more than one account, or use another person’s identity or payment method.
- Collude with other members, share lineups to manipulate results, dump players in trades or otherwise co-operate to gain an unfair advantage.
- Use bots, scripts, scrapers or automated tools to enter contests, edit lineups or extract data, except tools we provide.
- Use inside or non-public information about athletes, teams or matches.
- Attempt to manipulate sporting events or influence athletes’ performance.
- Exploit bugs or errors instead of reporting them.
- Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against other members or staff, or post unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
- Use VPNs or other tools to disguise your location to access the Services from a restricted jurisdiction.
- Use the Services for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We may investigate any suspected breach of these Terms. During an investigation we may temporarily suspend your account, withhold pending prizes or restrict features. Where we find a breach, we may issue a warning, void affected entries, remove offer benefits, permanently close the account and, where permitted by law, retain prizes obtained through the breach. We will inform you of our decision and, where appropriate and lawful, the reasons for it.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Remaining balances will be returned to you after any outstanding verification. Closing an account is different from self-exclusion; if you need a break from play, please use the tools described on our Responsible Gaming page.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, projections, logos and trademarks on the Services are owned by or licensed to fntsycino.com. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment. You must not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative works from our content or data without our written permission.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Projections, analytics and editorial content are for information only and do not guarantee any result. The Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Complaints, Governing Law and Disputes
If you have a complaint, contact support@fntsycino.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen days. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. EU consumers may also refer disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden).
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or the law. We will publish the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date and notify registered members of material changes in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
