Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

Tools, guidance and independent support to help you keep fantasy fun, safe and within your limits.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Our Commitment

Fantasy sports should be a source of enjoyment, challenge and social connection. For most members it is exactly that. For a small number of people, playing can become harmful, affecting finances, relationships, work or wellbeing. We take that risk seriously. Every account has access to the protection tools on this page from the moment of registration, our support team is trained to recognise signs of harm, and our systems monitor for patterns that suggest a member may need support.

Golden rules: only play with money you can comfortably afford to spend on entertainment; never chase losses; never play to solve financial problems; take regular breaks; and keep fantasy in balance with the rest of your life.

2. Recognising the Warning Signs

Ask yourself these questions honestly. If you answer yes to one or more, consider using the tools below and speaking to one of the support organisations listed on this page.

  • Do you spend more money or time on contests than you planned?
  • Do you enter more contests to win back what you have lost?
  • Have you borrowed money, or used money meant for bills, to play?
  • Do you feel anxious, irritable or low when you are not playing, or after a bad result?
  • Have friends or family expressed concern about how much you play?
  • Do you hide your activity or lie about how much you spend?
  • Is playing affecting your sleep, work, studies or relationships?

3. Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in Account Settings > Player Protection. Limits apply across all payment methods.

  1. Choose your limits. Set any combination of daily, weekly and monthly amounts. We ask every new member to set a deposit limit before their first deposit.
  2. Decreases apply instantly. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately.
  3. Increases wait 72 hours. Raising or removing a limit only takes effect after a 72-hour cooling period, and you must confirm the change again once that period ends.
  4. Spending limits. In addition to deposits, you can cap total contest entry fees per day, week or month, and the number of contests you can enter.

4. Time Limits and Reality Checks

  • Session reminders: receive an on-screen reminder at an interval you choose, from 15 minutes to 2 hours, showing how long you have been signed in and your net spend during that session.
  • Daily time limits: set a maximum time you can be signed in each day. When you reach it, you are signed out until the next day.
  • Activity statements: view a clear history of your deposits, entries and results over any period in your account at any time.

5. Cooling-Off Periods

If you want a short break, you can take a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot sign in to enter contests or make deposits, and you will not receive marketing. Any existing season-long leagues will continue with auto-managed lineups based on your last settings, unless you ask us to remove you. A cooling-off period cannot be cancelled early once it has started.

6. Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break or want to stop playing entirely, you can self-exclude.

  1. Choose a period. Self-exclusion is available for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently.
  2. Immediate effect. Your account is closed to play straight away. Pending entries are cancelled and refunded, and remaining balances are returned to you.
  3. No marketing. You are removed from all marketing lists for the full period.
  4. No early reversal. A self-exclusion cannot be lifted before the chosen period ends. After it ends, reopening requires a written request, a 7-day waiting period and a conversation with our player protection team.
  5. No new accounts. We take steps to prevent self-excluded people from opening new accounts, and any account opened in breach will be closed.
  6. National registers. Where available, we strongly recommend also registering with your national self-exclusion scheme, such as Spelpaus in Sweden, which covers all licensed gambling operators in that country.

You can self-exclude from Account Settings or by contacting support. We will never try to persuade you to change your mind.

7. Protecting Minors

Nobody under 18 may use fntsycino.com. Every account is subject to age and identity verification before any contest entry or deposit, and accounts that cannot be verified are restricted. Any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately. Our marketing is never directed at people under 18 and does not appear in channels primarily aimed at young audiences.

If you share a device with children or teenagers, we recommend:

  • Never saving your password in a shared browser and always signing out after use.
  • Using separate device profiles with parental controls.
  • Installing filtering software that blocks gambling and contest websites on children’s devices.
  • Talking openly with young people about the risks of gambling-style activities.

If you know or suspect that a minor is using our platform, please contact support@fntsycino.com immediately.

8. How We Support You

Our systems look for signs of potential harm, such as rapid increases in spending, frequent limit increases, late-night play or repeated deposits after losses. Where we see these patterns, we may contact you, recommend limits, pause marketing or, where necessary, restrict your account. Staff receive regular training in responsible gaming and safer play conversations. We never offer incentives to members who have shown signs of harm or to members returning from a cooling-off period or self-exclusion.
